Overview
A full-stack on-demand services management system built for a platform like Mahir, designed to connect customers with verified service providers for home maintenance, cleaning, electrical work, plumbing, and more. The system acts as a central service marketplace dashboard + booking engine.

How We Built It

This project was developed using a Node.js-based backend architecture deployed on Railway, focused on handling real-world service operations at scale.

  • Built a service marketplace system for booking home and technical services
  • Designed a structured database flow for users, technicians, and service requests
  • Implemented booking logic system (request → assign technician → completion tracking)
  • Created a role-based system separating admin, customer, and service provider access
  • Built APIs for service listings, bookings, and status updates
  • Deployed on Railway cloud platform for fast hosting and continuous deployment
  • Structured backend to be scalable for multi-city / multi-service expansion
